W. Todd Crutchfield has been a trial attorney in Lee County for 25+ years, with a primary
practice of criminal defense. He is also an adjunct instructor through the Department of
Sociology at Auburn University. He received his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from
Auburn University and his Juris Doctor from Jones School of Law. He is a member of the
Alabama State Bar, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Alabama Criminal
Defense Lawyers Association, The National Trial Lawyers, National Alliance of Sentencing
Advocates & Mitigation Specialists, National Legal Aid & Defender Association, National
Association for Public Defense, Alabama State Bar and Lee County Bar Association. He is also
admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States
District Court, Middle District of Alabama. He has been named by The National Trial Lawyers as
one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
Todd is a dedicated husband to his wife, Jessica, and father to his three sons. When he is not
working, Todd is very involved in the Auburn campus of Church of the Highlands, serving with
Jessica as a marriage and family small group leader and coach, and participating in missions
work.
